Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a combination of mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and chest compressions that deliver oxygen and artificial blood circulation to a person who is in cardiac arrest. And yes, it can be lifesaving!

On successful completion of this highly practical course, participants receive a statement of attainment.
As per the recommendations of the Australian Resuscitation Council Guideline 10.1, all people trained in CPR should refresh their CPR skills at least annually (every 12 months). (Valid Australia wide)
